1. Business Identity & Service Area
Riley Rentals LLC (“Company”) provides event planning and equipment rental services primarily within the Chicagoland area (including Cook County and surrounding Illinois counties). All legal notices and equipment returns should be directed to: [Insert Physical Address Here]

2. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and inventory. Company accepts payments via Stripe and third-party financing options (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay).
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Riley Rentals LLC are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Credits: Clients may cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to the event date. In the event of a timely cancellation, all monies paid will be converted into a Company credit valid for eighteen (18) months from the original event date.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for credit and will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.

3. Equipment Liability & Damage
Replacement Fee: The Client is responsible for the condition of all rental items. Any items returned broken, stained, or missing will result in a Replacement Fee (calculated at current market replacement value) billed to the Client’s payment method on file.
Cleaning (Linens): All linens must be returned washed and folded. Fallure to do so will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee due immediately upon return.
Hold Harmless: Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Riley Rentals LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, or liability for injuries, property damage, or accidents involving the rental equipment once it is in the Client’s possession or once setup is complete.

4. Setup, Delivery, and Weather
Setup: Riley Rentals LLC is responsible for the professional installation and setup of equipment. Once setup is complete and approved by the Client (or the Client’s representative), the Company is no longer llable for Improper use or movement of equipment.

5. Website Use & Technical Accuracy (Protects G&U Studios)
Inventory Accuracy: While the website allows clients to “build a cart” for quotes, inventory availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed by Riley Rentals LLC.
Limitation of Liability: Riley Rentals LLC and its website developers (G&U Studios) shall not be held liable for technical glitches, incorrect pricing displays, or inventory errors on the website. Riley Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order resulting from a technical error.
