1. What does your full-service event design package include?
Our packages are fully customized to your vision and budget. Services typically include initial design consultations, mood boards, custom floor layouts, full access to our premium decor inventory, custom balloon styling, signage, and complete day-of delivery, setup, and teardown.
2. What pieces from your inventory are available for my event?
Your event design can incorporate our full proprietary collection, including circular stages, 3D circular arches, grass and sequin walls, custom printed backdrops, luxury throne seating, iPad photo booth activations, and tabletop essentials (linens, charger plates, stemware, centerpieces, and custom stationery).
3. How far in advance should I book?
Because we provide dedicated on-site styling and coordination for each client, dates are limited. We recommend reaching out 4 to 8 months in advance for weddings and large celebrations, and at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for private parties and baby showers.
4. Do you handle setup and breakdown at the venue?
Yes. Our team manages the entire process from start to finish—delivering every piece, styling the venue before guests arrive, and handling full post-event teardown so you never have to worry about logistics.
